The project objective was to build a custom preference center for the subscribers in Marketing Cloud. Finan completed this objective and also helped us in various other issues/tasks in our Marketing Cloud environment. He is very experienced and has vast knowledge about Marketing Cloud development part. Along with it, he also has knowledge about Sales Cloud. This helped us a lot during the project implementation. He is very good in communication and also quick in resolving the issues due to his knowledge about Marketing Cloud. He always made sure that the outcomes were delivered within the deadline and also without any issues.
We worked with our partner for architecture optimization and the Marketing Cloud developer we worked with has very good knowledge of architecture optimization and development tasks. Along with it, the partner also has good understanding about Sales Cloud which helped us during the project. Please make sure that the resources, materials and access to the systems are always available for the partner. Make sure that there is an effective communication and decision making process with the stakeholders. The partner is very sound in technical side and we just want to make sure that we are helping him in management tasks.
