Throughout the implementation, we realized there were many aspects we hadn’t anticipated, and the partner helped us navigate those evolving needs. They brought a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and were able to adjust the scope as our requirements became clearer. The project involved Salesforce Sales Cloud and custom objects tailored to our workflows. While communication through email sometimes led to delays and confusion about completed changes, the team remained responsive and solution-oriented. In the end, we’re satisfied with the system and the outcome of the project. Tip for Success: Set up regular status calls or meetings early on to ensure real-time updates and clearer communication as the project evolves.

Once again, the Pylons team provided valuable time, resources, and knowledge to help us decide on a new email marketing tool - and also implemented it for us when our capacity was limited.
