Growth Natives are great to work with, I would highly recommend them. They implemented correct roles and permissions, salesforce CPQ with approvals, as well as a custom 'work order' object to be created automatically depending on the sales closed. Whenever we asked them about certain aspects and best practices they always replied straight away, and if it was more complicated they would even provide a technical document with the choices/explanations of what is possible, which was great for us to make decisions. They adapted to our working methods (Used JIRA and Slack as we do within our company) which made it very easy for us to communicate together. We also had a catch up 2x per week, and any extra meetings when necessary. At the end of the project the technical documentation was very well written and had many aspects for our salesforce admin to adapt/add on to parts that were implemented. The only part that could have been done better was that I had insisted wherever possible to use Flows and not Apex, as they are easier for us to maintain/update on our side, but in the end quite some apex was used. Maybe it was the only/best solution, but in the end it means we are dependent on them for maintenance/update of this part. The salesforce CPQ part was very well documented and I was able to then add a new product portfolio and pricelist myself with the documentation they provided without any issues. I can also update/maintain all user permissions and roles myself as it was clearer described how it works. Overall it was very nice to work with them, so we are continuing to work together.
