Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF output Generate quotes and invoices from a button on the record page. Download the file, or attach it to the record and save it in Salesforce.
Your Office files become templates Just type merge fields such as {!Opportunity.Amount} into your existing Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files, the same way you would in a Salesforce Classic email template. No separate design tool is needed.
Unlimited users and file outputs Pricing is a flat rate per org, not per user. There is no initial installation fee.
100% Salesforce native It does not connect outside Salesforce, so your data remains secure. It has passed the AppExchange security review.
Line items and related lists Output child records such as Opportunity Products as table rows. You can filter and sort them. Pro adds group output, block output, image output, and output of 3 or more levels.
List views and Flow Generate files for multiple records at once from a list view. Use it in a screen flow to update records after a file is generated.
