To make the best use of MiiTel for Salesforce, try also using integration services other than AppExchange (contact data integration, task integration, click to call, pop-ups for incoming calls). Please note that when using MiiTel, MiiTel's service fees, calling fees, and connection fees will be charged separately from MiiTel for Salesforce service fees.
