Had the honor of working with UPEO. As we are a small organization with quite some needs for customization it was really great working with someone who listens and tries to understand all the requirements. Their budget appraisal was on point - everything was transparent and delivered on time. UPEO would guide us where we needed guidance while always being transparent in where we are and what we need to be doing or not do. I'd highly recommend to work with them!

Excellent Experience

I’d like to start off by saying my experience with Salesforce developers has been below subpar. Lots of promises and budgets within our means then project starts and problems, delays immediately arise - NOT with this firm. From day one, expectations were understood, honesty about timing and budget. When started they took initiative and fix old developers issues. I will not move to another developer after the major upgrades to our systems built by Upeo. PS: actually had a Zoom call with the CEO and was wonderful, which solidified the folks on the team. Highly recommend!

YouthStart is a non-profit organisation that teaches vulnerable young people to take their future back into their own hands. UPEO offers YouthStart services, based on the philosophy of spending 1% of its time on NGOs and education. UPEO was responsible for the proper functioning and expansion of YouthStart's Salesforce platform. The Salesforce platform evolves naturally, along with the business processes of YouthStart. For example, the organisation lately focuses much more on 'direct recruitment', both on- and offline. This means that enrolments happen more often last minute, and also come directly, not through partners. For these kinds of adjustments, YouthStart needed an experienced Salesforce partner who can think along with the non-profit side to find the best solution. Since the beginning of 2022, YouthStart has been calling on UPEO for this purpose. UPEO is a great partner who can handle large projects as well as maintain and adapt the platform throughout the year.
