Andrew offered to help with some functionality at our charity and was honestly, brilliant. He made what we wanted to achieve seem effortless, was so patient and walked me through how to do it myself (so that we could utilise the functionality for other areas in the future if we wanted to and so that I had an understanding of how to achieve that).
