Gentrack has redesigned its own user interface and user experience for utilities' back-office agents, leveraging Salesforce open environment with Gentrack components. This enables a 360-degree account view for the retailer and any op model.
The solution can be implemented on-premises or as a private cloud hosted solution on Amazon Web Services' infrastructure as a service (IaaS), with setup and configuration, database administration, and support offered as managed services.
