Hello Jozef, Thank you for your review and for reaching out with your question about the countAccountChildren feature. Unfortunately, Salesforce formulas have certain limitations when it comes to retrieving data from child records. Formulas can only access data from the parent record, not the child records. This is why it’s not possible to directly use the countAccountChildren in a formula. To retrieve and leverage the count of child accounts, we’ve implemented a solution that uses development tools such as Salesforce Flow or Apex.
