Easy Invoices

At Albira, an IT professional services firm, we were looking for a simple solution to generate and keep track of invoices in Salesforce. We were already using Sales Cloud to manage Opportunities and Quotes and we just needed a simple app to create invoices for each won opportunity and then following up on the payment status. We use an accounting software, but to us it made a lot of sense to manage invoices from Salesforce, and then periodically enter these invoices into our accounting system. So we decided to build Easy Invoices, which we hope can be useful to you as well. Creating new invoices is easy and intuitve, with standard fields that should meet most business requirements. Invoices are related to Opportunities. Automatically import all opportunity products into the invoice. You can use a pre-built invoice template or build your own one to print invoices in PDF. Templates are built using a Visualforce page and it should be fairly easy for you customize or create new ones, but if you need support we can help you, just send us a message. Finally, we've added a dashboard to the app with some basic reports and metrics. Feel free to customize it with your own business KPIs.
