A growing channel for the North American market
It was really easy to communicate with the Charket team over WhatsApp once I visited their website and they were notified of my browsing interest. The Sales Intelligence functionality ensures a salesperson is always made aware of potential buying activity and can follow-up on a relevant channel with high open rates. An improvement would be to have the contact name listed as "Charket" since it currently just shows a phone number with the Charket logo as the profile picture. Having the Charket name on the profile would likely increase conversion and decrease spam reporting. This is a valuable integration for businesses looking to expand their reach of channels and improve consumer experience.
Hi Chris, thanks for your feedback. I had a chance to check with our product team on how to show a contact name instead of a phone number. It turns out this is possible but it has to be approved by WhatsApp. Once it's approved, the contact name will be shown. Thanks again for your review.
