Sample Scenarios: Service Cloud: Organize your customer requests into queues. HQueue's let you quickly view, triage and assign requests as they come in. You can also create different HQueue's for the severity of an issue and Agents can react accordingly. Urgent and high impact requests can be identified and become visible to managers. Sales Cloud: Organize inbound leads into HQueue's to match your distribution method (like cherry pick, shark tank, blind pull or shotgun). And in doing so, improve Lead response time response and assign leads more easily. Task Management: Having a bird's eve view of your Tasks is a vital resource. However, just any dashboard is not good enough. You will need something that is customizable, colorful, easy to use. HQueue's will provide high-level information on each task and allow you to choose the name for the queue, determine what Tasks are filtered into the HQueue, and what columns appear in the queue.
