Great Co-browsing Integration
We recently integrated Surfly into our Salesforce environment for co-browsing capabilities during live chats. The integration went relatively smoothly and was easy to implement using the JS API. The product itself functions really well and allows our live agents to seamlessly co-browse with our customers to assist with any issues they may have. The Surfly guys have also been available and ready to jump in to help out or answer any questions with great customer service. Would recommend this for anyone else looking to integrate for the same purposes.
