I recently set up and installed the Email-to-Flow app from sproketlogic. It has exceeded my expectations. This allowed me to create a complex email system and create records in Salesforce based on the emails received without requiring any coding knowledge, providing a user-friendly experience that brings unprecedented convenience. Awesome Tool to Manage Incoming Mail

I'm using this tool to enable incoming email on a custom object. This is the missing link that allows you to DECLARATIVELY build inbound message handling. You can take an incoming email, parse the response and then do anything that flow allows (create/update records). Sky is the limit!
