Hello Salesforce, Well what a journey.... We loved your speed dating to choose our Developer.. Being a Matchmaker means intuition is key for me, and I absolutely made the right choice with Bevan Ross.. I've been a Matchmaker for 29 years, been responsible for over 1300 marriages that we know of... But our industry has stayed still in time, not being up with technology and being renowned for old school paper files, lots of double handling, having to wait for manual reports to gauge results was our normal.. We always got great results with our clients but surely there had to be a better way to avoid burnout with my Matchmakers and better support the clients. For the last four years we have sat at around 72% of our clients report that they are VERY HAPPY or have GOOD introductions.... How do we improve that - we now will... Of course our lives will be less stressed being able to have knowledge at our fingertips... Training, matching, feedback evaluations, admin will all be a different world for us... But most of all - the clients - OMG being able to connect with them better, understanding their dating patterns, relationship patterns, supporting them so much better than we already do.... It's just going to be amazing.. Then sales wise... Being able to track sales activity in real time means every staff member is accountable, which means more productivity.. More clients, more money of course, but the most important thing is... More clients, bigger dating pool, more opportunities more Love... And everyone wants LOVE - that will never change so our industry is just getting busier and busier.... People want old school dating but with a modern twist.
