Sean was just what we needed for our project. We had previously been using a relatively simple rule set to round-robin incoming sales-qualified-leads among our sales team, but it was difficult to onboard/offboard reps and different rules were spread across different flows and processes. Sean's familiarity with APEX code and skill with complex logical flows really brought our processes up to meet our more complex needs.

He responded with an idea, and once I expressed that his code-based solution wasn't doable for me (I don't code) he jumped in and wrote some code. From there, Sean would message me and ask questions about how it was going. My response would become a pathway for his next steps. My Community question turned into a full-blown project for him - all as a volunteer.
