Opportunity Generate/Sync Sales Agreement

Install and configure the Opportunity Generate/Sync Sales Agreement.

Create the "GSOSA_Generate_Sales_Agreement" Visualforce Page.

Enable Profile Access for the "GSOSA_Generate_Sales_Agreement" Visualforce Page.

Grant "All" Recommended Permissions to the end user profile you selected.

Create the "Generate Sales Agreement" Button.

Add the "Generate Sales Agreement" Button to the Opportunity Layout.

Add the "Sales Agreement" field to the Opportunity Layout.

Add four Sales Agreement related custom fields to the Opportunity object and put them on the Layout.

Click on the "Configure Opportunity Generate/Sync Sales Agreement" Button.

Click on the "Manage" Button in the "Opportunity/Sales Agreement Config" Custom Settings.

Populate the Field API Name into the corresponding fields in the Custom Settings

Assign the "Opportunity Generate/sync Sales Agreement" license to the end users.

Click on the "Generate Sales Agreement" button to generate the Sales Agreement
