DHM and our assigned project manager Clement have been exceptional. Our initial scope did change as we found previous work by another provider was incomplete or set up incorrectly and Clement went above and beyond to work within our budget to alter the scope to include correcting previous mistakes, communicating with us at each step of the way and including us in the manual set up so that we understand how and why the setup and administrative practices are being deployed the way they are. This left our whole team feeling confident that we will be self-sufficient moving forward. The training that was provided was relevant to our day-to-day needs, using existing marketing programs that we run rather than hypothetical ones which made each training session relevant and most importantly, the communication during the training was outstanding. In the future, if our salesforce environment needs new developments, we will be requesting DHM as our partner.
