As a Salesforce consultant, I often see clients overwhelmed by duplicate records. This is not only the best deduplication tool, but perhaps the best managed application for Salesforce that I've experienced. The app is just the perfect feature to manage duplicate leads, saves us so much time and money. Have to say that I had never get such a responsive support that I've got here. They answer emails fast, schedule meetings to solve issues and help with any question you have, and all this even with the free version (we tried first the free version and now bought the license for full version). 100% worth it! Easiest Way to Remove Duplicates
We've always had an issue staying on top of our duplicates. OneMerge Free Edition helps us stay on top of duplicate management by leveraging the Salesforce native Matching Rules and Duplicate Rules. OneMerge provides great documentation for how to set up the auto-merge process. Within minutes, we had scheduled our first job and through the OneMerge Dashboard (super cool Salesforce dashboard that comes with the package!), we saw just how many duplicates had been merged and what matching rule had detected them. If you are looking for an easy to set up, free auto-merging duplicate tool, I'd highly recommend OneMerge Free Edition!
