OrgPulse is a UHG Salesforce Center of Excellence application which helps facilitate the compliance of Optum Security guidelines and controls, and generally eliminate complexity for Salesforce Administrators. It also collects information related to the overall health of an org, allowing SalesForce CoE Production Support to proactively assist Administrators in optimizing their configurations, and anticipate and prevent unexpected issues that may arise. OrgPulse can also optionally provide Secure reporting integration. Over time, OrgPulse will add additional features to support collaboration with peer administrators, and the sharing of best practices.
