I've worked with Ingenuity Partners on a couple of projects now centred around Sales cloud and Account Engagement. They are a dynamic, highly-skilled team that self-organise, bring a lot of thought leadership and expertise to the table and I have confidence that a project will be delivered to a high standard if they're on it. Tip: To get the most out of working with this team (or any team for that matter), doing the pre-thinking of your requirements, at least as far as business outcomes prior to engagement will maximise your engagement time. Ingenuity generally utilise an Agile project methodology and it's useful if the outline of what you want is already known so that they can analyse the needs, break it into stories, and load their sprints up. Second Tip: Come to requirements workshops with the aim to participate and provide necessary input. Ingenuity are very good, but they will build according to what you have said, or according to their suggestions if you haven't offered any input - do avoid unnecessary change and expense, provide the necessary input upfront. In summary, Ingenuity are a team I would recommend to anyone who asked me which Salesforce consultants I've had a great experience with.

Ingenuity built a unique solution to a data processing issue we had in using Salesforce EDA for program enrolments. As a small organisation, improving efficiency is important to us, and Ingenuity provided a sophisticated solution that will save considerable time in processing program enrolments. The Ingenuity staff were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They took time to ensure they understood our needs, were clear in their communication of suggested designs, and very responsive to our requests and requirements.
