Administrators organize and monitor approvals for people and projects requesting new access to data in Salesforce. The business reason supporting access to Salesforce Data gets stored right in Salesforce.
Dynamic approvals include business leaders, business owners of the data, and System Administrators. Approvals don't have to be pre-configured, Administrators can locate the right Business Owner and route the approval to the appropriate User.
Review data sensitivity levels and route the access request to a primary business owner specific to the data being requested. Whether you have strict data governance rules or not, track and store data access approvals to help answer the question of why.

With this Flow Orchestration, Administrators approve and track of Data Access Requests for new system integrations and reporting needs across the company. Administrators can coordinate with data managers to ensure that Data Access Requests meet requirements based on the data sensitivity level set on fields in Salesforce.
