Additional Details
As a new Case record page is opened by an agent, the case timer clock will automatically begin counting the time spent viewing the Case. When the Case tab is navigated away from, the timer is paused, resuming when focus is returned to the case record. When the case tab is closed (or the case status updated), a record is automatically created logging the agents time spent on the Case. A full log of the users and their time spent on the Case is also viewable through the component, and an aggregate view available through the included reports and dashboard.
