We were able to leverage the different time zones to work for our business and appreciated Project Management accessibility and flexibility for scheduling conveniences. We efficiently replatformed two bike accessory websites under budget and in less than three months. The project included functional and technical specifications with site setup including applying web style guides, design adjustments, compatibility check for Browsers, blog, SEO requirements, interfaces and jobs, and integrations with Payment Service Provider and SFMC.

The team is easy to do business with regarding onboarding new projects, statements of work, project plans, schedules, timelines, invoicing, and budget forecasting. Through the partnership we successfully replatformed our website with geolocation for international redirects, Page Designer templates, warranty, and returns processes. The project included multiple integrations such as a custom product engine for personalized drinkware, as well as integrations with an OMS, Payment Service Provider, SFMC, and more.

This project involved the integration of Yotpo, Toky Woky and True Fit onto the Ann Summers website. The Commerce Team bought their prior expertise and knowledge on some of these integrations. This made the integration seamless and helped us to deliver the projects quickly and effectively. In some instances, the cartridges provided by these third parties had some drawbacks we encountered only once we had deployed these into our production environment. The Commerce Team were instrumental in helping us to identify and alleviate the issue we were seeing, which further solidifies our confidence in The Commerce Team being a key strategic partner for our digital channel.

Our legacy B2B platform we used for the direct selling channel had limitations in terms of agility to move at pace to introduce new features/functionality and severe constraints around latency and stability of the platform. We opted to use The Commerce Team as our system integrator for this project given our existing relationship where, they have shown their unparalleled knowledge of the SFCC technology. The size of their business and ours aligned by removing unnecessary layers in terms of communication, allowing us to liaise directly with the lead developers and architects to ensure the solution provided fits with our requirements. Since launch of the new site they've continued to support the platform through their support team who are able to tap into the existing development team that developed the platform which helps quickly remediate any problems we've seen on the platform, which have been small in nature which is testament to the quality of the solution provided by The Commerce Team.

OrionCoders helped us deliver a site which has both D2C and non-D2C operations depending on the country. We were able to utilise the Salesforce Commerce Cloud functionality of having a template that can be easily "published" across markets whilst having to deal with each country specifics. Because we have different back-ends and distributors in different regions, OrionCoders were able to architect the solution accordingly and they advised us every step of the way, particularly when it came to integration and specific functionality/ cartridges we could use for various needs. They have always had an approach where their technical team was fully part of the wider project team and their flexible ways of working allowed us to move at speed.
