To use the dashboards, you need one of the following: - Knowledge licenses in your production org. Contact your account executive for help. - A Developer edition of Salesforce. - A trial edition of Salesforce. The Knowledge Analytics Dashboards package is built for CRM Analytics. Users with Lightning Knowledge can view the dashboards in Service Cloud. To edit the dashboards or create new ones, you need a CRM Analytics license.
