Excellent tool for lead management
I have recently implemented SalesWings for a global client of mine who works in the financial services industry. SW has helped them bring insight into visitor interactions and CRM data to build a robust lead management process that helps lift the best lead up. The Toolbox is incredibly powerful and customisable allowing businesses to tailor it to their specific needs. The fit score is a defining part of the newly implemented lead management process and has been developed with input from the sales teams, directly improving adoption. Visitor tracking introduced visibility that was not possible before implementation. All this data is then used in conjunction with SFMC to create more personalised journeys to great results. This integration is simple and highly effective, with points and tags used directly in journeys. The customer service for the SW team, specifically Salah, Shillem and Eugene, has been phenomenal throughout the past year. All around, this has been an excellent tool for my client.
Really useful and amazing support
Implementation is relatively straight forward, and even when its not the support SalesWings offers is exceptional. You get assigned a direct support contact so anything you need during and post implementation is taken care of really quickly and efficiently. In terms of a business tool, its extremely useful. Its allowed us to take learnings away from information we've always needed and make positive changes to our CRM as well as our sales process. Would recommend for sure.
Fast and Easy to implement.
No need to be an expert to implement the solution and adapt to the customer needs. Straight forward to visually focus on the right lead to take to the next level. Very good support with documentation to help to get the best of it. Really recommend it.
