Description
We are based out of India with our development center involved in development and testing activities. Most of our projects are based on agile methodology with a scrum process. The customer manages the product backlogs. During the sprint planning phase, the offshore team works with the customer in identifying the scope of the sprint cycle and understanding the business priority. The team works on the design, development, and testing. Work allocation is done by the offshore lead to the developers. There is a daily scrum stand-up meeting with the customer where the team adheres to and follows the agile methodology. The team does the regular incremental demos to the customer.
