CN IDEAS app can be used to collect feedback and new ideas/suggestions from customers, partners, and all internal stakeholders. Collected Ideas can be prioritized and managed to yield maximum business value.

  • 4. Manage Ideas by Status and Category 5. Support community users to subscribe to their favorite Ideas. 6. Filter Ideas by Category, Status, and Trending 7. Subscribe to posts and vote for them.

  • 8. Add Attachments to Ideas 9. Alerts and Notifications on subscribed Ideas 10. Idea Promotion/Demotion by upvoting or downvoting 11. Provide an official response to a qualified Idea.

The use case is for any organization to take feedback and new ideas/suggestions on their product from their end customers. Could be B2B, B2C. Can be used for internal purposes as well where all internal employees can give their suggestions and different products or unit heads can review the ideas and prioritize them.
