New England College was engaged in a high stakes project for which we chose Ferrilli as our implementation partner. We knew what we wanted to accomplish -- it was complicated and needed to be completed by an unmovable go-live date or the project would have been scrapped. We needed a partner that we knew would work with us "to figure it out" and would do whatever it took for us to be successful. With this agreement between New England College leadership and Ferrilli leadership we were able to complete this project on time, on budget, and with great confidence in our ability to use the guidance provided to support the effort into the future. We are a small, state college in New Hampshire with limited resources. Over the years, we've had many extremely positive consulting engagements with Ferrilli regarding Ellucian products - and we were thrilled to learn that Ferrilli also provides Salesforce consulting. In late Nov 2018, we learned that our student portal vendor was going out of business and that we needed to stand up a new student portal by mid-March 2019. Ferrilli was an excellent partner in this project - and Ferilli was the key reason we were able to launch with an exciting new student portal design using the Stella community prior to end of February. Our students, faculty and staff were thrilled with the project results and the experience with Ferilli was outstanding. We look forward to working with Ferrilli again as we continue to expand and grow our student portal design in Salesforce.
