Tax receipts generation used to be a manual multi-steps process. With Cascadia Receipting, we now generate and email them straight from Salesforce saving us valuable time and eliminating errors during the manual process. With over 100k incoming opportunities annually, our nonprofit needed a solution that could help us generate receipts, thank you letters, and acknowledgements in a consolidated format or a one-time receipt. Our org has multiple receipt stacks, a plethora of paper and envelope sizes, and we needed the ability to send all of this via email or mail. After implementing Cascadia Receipting, we were able to cut down our annual year-end receipting process down to 2 days, where previously it would take a whole week. We used to require a lock-out period for end users as the old receipting system was so resource heavy we couldn't have our automations and the old receipting solution run at the same time. We can even customize our letters and receipts however we want. Good-bye end user blackout periods, good-bye manual mail merges for our edge receipting cases, and good-bye donor complaints for not having email receipts. The UI/UX is simple and easy for our gift processers, leading to less frustration and more time savings. The Cascadia Receipting team have the experience to understand our org's needs and pain points and are able to solve them easily. They are a knowledgeable team who got us quickly set up, and they are continually gathering feedback to improve their product and they listen to their customers.
