Forte is very detail oriented. They provide us access to their ticketing system to see all of the ongoing tasks. They also create a detailed user guide for us to use the new features that they have implemented for us. They are very thorough with testing. My only complaint is that the developers we work with are based out of the US so they are usually sleeping while we are working and vice versa. We are still able to meet daily in our morning time.

Our experience with the entire Forte team has been excellent! We have a unique and complex business case, and throughout the course of our Salesforce Commerce platform build, we encountered several unexpected requirements. Alex took the time to meet with us in person to fully understand our business and unique use cases before developing a comprehensive SOW. From the start of the project, Sergey, Andrew, Yuliya, Petr, and the whole team were thorough, solution-focused, and transparent in all communications. No matter the challenge, they took the time to deeply understand our needs and consistently found effective, thoughtful solutions. Petr continues this level of excellence with our current staff aug. We added an additional layer of complexity by integrating ERP syncing via Mulesoft, along with the Salesforce CRM platform simultaneously. The Forte team worked efficiently and collaboratively with our two other integration partners, helping to ensure all projects progressed in sync and stayed on track. I would absolutely recommend the Forte team and look forward to continuing our partnership as we enhance and expand our platform.
