very flexible and customisable
I’ve used Document Engine a few times while helping clients address very specific PDF requirements in SFDC. I found it especially useful that it can be assigned to any object in Salesforce.
Customizable solution and supportive dev team
We’ve been working with Document Engine for nearly two years, initially on a development version while closely collaborating with the team to fine-tune it against our real-world requirements before its AppExchange release. So, this tool wasn’t built in isolation, but shaped directly around actual customer needs. This collaboration allowed us to significantly improve Sales and Billing departments efficiency and solve the problem of document creation outside of Salesforce. The team behind Document Engine has been consistently responsive, pragmatic, and deeply knowledgeable. Their professional assistance helped us set up the templates for very intricate documents that would have been painful to build alone, and resolve some doubts even when they came down to flaws of our own Salesforce setup.
