MEP requires the licensing of Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRM Analytics and Service Cloud (fully compatible with Automotive and Sales Cloud). Complete cloud details and configuration options will be provided once engaged with Concentrix team.

The MEP platform is designed as a two-part deployment process including the AppExchange App along with in-platform configurations. Concentrix performance marketing agency services including data, analytics, creative, and media planning are recommended.
