Ascendably | Advising, Supporting, and Implementing Salesforce for Nonprofits

We engaged Ascendably to bring our Salesforce instance up to date, moving it from classic to lightening and from the nonprofit starter pack to the nonprofit success pack. We were also doing a lot of manual data entry and were looking to build integrations to bring in the data from other platforms in a seamless process. Matt Henry at Ascendably was able to help us meet all of those goals and also identified several other ways to bring our data configurations into more standard use for more than one area of our CRM. He also built an app for one major area where we were working with client cases, that greatly improved both the easy of use and ability to track the progress and report on the impact of our work. Matt was always easy to work with, gave us incremental changes the staff could handle and had an eye on how to leverage the technology to better meet our mission. Ascendably is thorough, detailed, and attentive. This can be a tedious project that could easily fall off a priority list. Ascendably's structure does not give you that option -- the right combination of an internal guide and Ascendably's support showed us the value of this work from day 1. I highly recommend working with Matt of Ascendably, he has a deep knowledge of nonprofit use cases in Salesforce, manages time well, consistently delivers planned outcomes in a timely manner, and is wonderful to work with. Matt is very good at listening to what we need out of Salesforce, and then presenting back multiple ways to achieve our goal and their various pros/cons - including the very unique ability of helping us think through our operational steps and coming up with strategies that may include changes in both operations and Salesforce, and net us with a better outcome than changing Salesforce alone. After our Salesforce Database Manager left employment with us, we needed someone to help us wrap up some projects and make improvements.
