I've been assisting Fortune 500 companies to plan and manage IT and business improvement projects for thirty years. My eyes were opened to the possibilities of using Salesforce for project management when I helped a solar farm developer build a state-of-the-art custom project development solution on Salesforce. I realized Salesforce isn't just a CRM tool, it is a no/low code cloud development platform for building relational databases and business process automations. I built Project Lifecycle Pro (PLP) as a foundation for other companies to build their own custom state-of-the-art project management solution in a fraction of the time. All of my customers over the years have had a unique project management process. I designed PLP so that customers can have the advantages of a powerful pre-built app but can also tailor it to fit their project management process rather than having to conform to the software's process. I'll be honest, PLP isn't for everyone. It isn't a good fit for professional services or construction firms. However, if you value the ability to customize and to collaborate on projects at a reasonable price than please consider PLP.
