Communication Failures

Unfortunately our onboarding experience to Salesforce FSC was complicated by our partnership with Alias. The process was plagued with issues from the start, with the project team not knowing what was presented and agreed upon in the SOW. After more issues in the process, we escalated and met with the Alias team regarding lack of communication, but the issues continued. Our expectation in working with a consultant was to have a partner would could help make sure the things unique to us were applied to our portal. At the end of the day, I don't think our Salesforce environment has any of those features as a result of Alias. We have learned a lot about Salesforce, but it was mainly a result of having to solve problems ourself during the partnership. I would not recommend Alias as a partner for getting onboarded with Salesforce.

We regret to share our disappointing experience with The Alias Group. Throughout our engagement, we encountered significant challenges, particularly in their responsiveness and commitment to our project's success. Communication was a major issue making it difficult to maintain progress. Despite their assurances, the team frequently failed to prioritize our best interests, leading to several missteps and missed opportunities. The solutions provided were generic and failed to address our specific business needs. This lack of customization hindered our ability to fully leverage Salesforce's capabilities and added unnecessary complexity to our processes. The project, which was already behind schedule, was declared complete despite being far from it. Upon review by other Salesforce partners, it became clear that the data structure was incorrect and the overall execution was subpar. The discrepancies in the project have caused additional headaches and required further investment to rectify the issues. In summary, The Alias Group overpromised and underdelivered, leaving us with an incomplete and poorly executed Salesforce implementation. We would caution other organizations to consider these factors before engaging with this partner.

They were very responsive to questions and they worked diligently to resolve any issues we were having when we were testing.
