Certinal eSign for Salesforce

Click on Send with Certinal eSign Button to initiate document sending workflow

Upload your documents on which you want recipient signature

Enter the Recipient Details

Enter the Agreement Name, Message for All Recipient and then Click on Assign Fields Button

Drag and drop your fields for recipients and then click on Send for Signing button

Your Sent transaction status gets updated as "Out for Signature" in Salesforce

Signers will receive the document signing email

Signers will complete the document signing by adding their respective signature

Senders could then download the final signed copy and audit reports for their completed transactions
