We worked with Cloud Innovation for the last year and a half to implement critical parts of CKV's digital transformation program. They are a versatile, motivated and very knowledgeable Salesforce partner who advised us on many critical aspects of the project. CKV Bank is using nCino package on Salesforce: together with Cloud Innovation we built several customisations around nCino which blend perfectly with standard nCino and leverage many powerful features from the Salesforce platform. They have also expertise in the implementation of PDF Butler, which we use as a business critical tool for document generation on Salesforce. Once Salesforce and nCino were implemented in our backoffice, we built a portal site on top using Salesforce Partner Community, to enhance and enrich the online collaboration with our network of credit brokers in Belgium and France. Our business is highly specialised and unique, and so our needs for a supporting CRM were likewise very specific. Nonetheless, Cloud Innovation made suggestions and recommendations, showing a true understanding of our business.
