StreamForce have assisted with our Salesforce administration, development, and integration needs consistently and to high quality standards for several years. They have solved problems for us in SFDC, including a very complex carve-out acquisition migration, and several connected applications such as Mavenlink, Gainsight, Domo, Salesforce CPQ, etc. If you are going the managed services route, I would highly recommend the health check. Our organization turned it down due to timeline and we regretted that as StreamForce would have been able to streamline the project if we had taken preventative steps earlier. Another tip for best results, ensure you assign a specific technical resource and PM from your organization to work as points of contact directly with SFS. Streamforce has been our Salesforce and CPQ implementation partner for 3 years and we continue to be satisfied with their work. In our most recent engagement we re-architected our pricing and packaging model and Streamforce was the lead on our Salesforce CPQ implementation. During the scoping process Streamforce does a great job of understanding requirements and expectations, and asks all the right questions to clarify any confusion. In addition, during the scoping process Streamforce is accommodating on separation of responsibilities, properly setting expectations on in-house vs Streamforce hours needed. Streamforce is consistent and responsive throughout development and deployment, communicating risks and delays as necessary. Streamforce once again completed this project on time and on budget, this has been a consistent result through our 3 years of working together. Having a partner that we know will understand our needs, and be consistent with timeline and budget is an extreme value.
