We had a great experience! Jon was very helpful in explaining exactly what we were going to do at each step and answering questions along the way. I was pretty unfamiliar with Salesforce before this and now feel like I am comfortable with the tools we built together and can already see how helpful they are.
Our organization has worked with Duelfer Solutions in the past to implement a number of features in Salesforce and update our legacy customization of Salesforce to follow professional development practices including source-driven development. For our current project, we required additional data to be stored by our web application for processing by staff in Salesforce, with enhanced views and navigation for the existing and new data. Jon of Duefler Solutions contributed a number of helpful ideas for the project, created professional design documentation for the Salesforce changes to allow review and feedback prior to implementation, communicated clearly when different tasks would be completed, and was readily available to address questions during our implementation. Deployment of changes to our sandbox and production instances was successfully coordinated with other Salesforce projects and our own web application changes.
Duelfer Solutions helped us do an API connection between ZenDesk to Service Cloud. In addition to the actual dev, they provided a technical analysis of other Service platforms but ultimately for our needs ZenDesk was the best option. Once the API connections were done, they worked with the business users to create custom reports and dashboards, performed any API troubleshooting, and added new fields as required. The team also piloted a Corrigo API connection to pull in Asset Data into Service Cloud tickets. 10/10 Recommend
Duelfer Solutions is an excellent firm -- we needed to overhaul our SFDC underwriting process, approvals, and application. Jon and his team were wonderful communicators and built fantastic requirements documents to make sure you are building the right things in the right way. He also worked well with a third party contractor we brought on to add horsepower to the effort. Duelfer Solutions is fast and get work done in a timely manner, they can deal with shifting requirements, and work well across teams. Would highly recommend their team!
