Very disappointing experience with this SurveySparrow’s service

I had a disappointing experience with SurveySparrow’s Salesforce integration. The setup and overall experience felt more complicated than expected, and some features were not as seamless as advertised. I also experienced issues with reliability and workflow integration, which made managing feedback more difficult.

Straightforward Setup and Reliable Sync

Happy with how this integration works. We mainly wanted survey responses to reach Salesforce automatically, and that's exactly what it does. Setup was easier than I expected, and we haven't had to spend much time maintaining it.
