Description
We are a team of dedicated Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data developers, architects, and admins working together as an extension of your in-house team We offer Implementation, development, integration, training and support services to agencies and partners, on a hourly basis or fixed cost per project In a typical engagement we will: -Act as an overflow for your existing internal team -Conduct technical consultations, designs, and discovery sessions -Perform implementation and/or support tasks -Analyze, design, and develop web and mobile solutions integrated with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud) as per requirements -Offer development best practices and guidelines for the development team -Create and deliver tailor-made training sessions for specific clients -Serve as primary technical liaison for clients and stakeholders for your internal team -Oversee scheduled deliverables according to the scope defined in the Statement of Work(s) -Prepare technical and functional documentation, including backlog and roadmap -Assess and document existing implementations -Support ongoing implementations and teams Located in Miami, we support our clients globally
