When our organization adopted Salesforce, very few employees were familiar with how to make it work for us, and even fewer were fully bought into using the tool on a regular basis. CPP helped us both to share and demonstrate the value of the tool to various departments in our organization, and helped to identify opportunities for internal collaboration and time saving using the tool. In my department, we had specific requests for training and infrastructure build out that needed to happen both thoughtfully and with short turn around times. CPP not only provided the fixes that we need but took the time to develop and train our staff thoroughly on the systems created for ongoing use. We now have easy revenue and metrics reporting, dashboards to show progress to leadership, and a team who is more invested in using and learning the system. CPP's combined expertise in the nonprofit and education sector added to our conversations and outputs as they could spot potential downstream challenges with some of our requests and provide workarounds before we got to far. I would 100% recommend to a new nonprofit or education org adopting the tool for the first time, or for those with more complex challenges to dig into collaboratively.
