Security-reviewed managed package that behaves like native Salesforce

Installed from AppExchange, passed our change-management process like any other managed package. Components sit on Lightning record pages. Permission sets control who sees which prompts. Named Credentials handle the model callout. Went live with packaged Account 360 and Opportunity summary prompts the same week. Users did not need a new tab or a new login. That matters more than feature checklists. Upgrades follow the standard package upgrade path. No surprise connected apps talking to an unknown cloud. Happy to recommend to other admins who have been burned by "AI platforms" that are really another CRM. Thanks a lot.

A great addition to our Salesforce workflow

GPTfy has been a really useful addition to our Salesforce environment. Simple, useful, and easy to work with.

We’ve had a really good experience with GPTfy. The app is easy to use, fits well into our existing Salesforce setup, and has helped us save time on a number of day-to-day tasks. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel unnecessarily complicated. Once you get it set up, the workflow is pretty straightforward, and the overall experience has been smooth. It’s also been helpful having AI capabilities available within our existing Salesforce environment rather than having to switch between different tools. There’s always room for improvement, especially around adding more flexibility and customization, but overall we’ve been very happy with the product and the value it provides. I’d definitely recommend GPTfy to other Salesforce teams looking for a practical way to bring AI into their workflow without making things overly complicated.

Solid BYOM approach

I evaluate a lot of AI tools for clients, and most of them either want you all-in on Einstein or they quickly need data cloud to do anything useful. gptfy doesn’t, which is the main reason it made our shortlist. Bring your own model is real here, not marekting. We wired it to our existing claude setup and it worked the way docs said it would. The only thing i’d say is if you are not comfortable in setup and with named credentials, you will want their team on a call. Would i recommend it? 100%

Cut our reps’ data entry time without data cloud

We brought gptfy in mainly to stop reps from spending an hour a day logging calls and updating opportunity fields.that part delivered.it auto logs call and email activity onto record and drafts the followup and after the first few weeks the team basically stopped complaining about admin work. Our activity data is way more complete now, which honestly helped my forecasting more than i expected. Best thing is it runs natively in salesforce and we could point it at our own ai model instead of being forced into einstein or standing up data cloud. Not perfect tho, initial setup took some time and we leaned on their time to get the prompt configuration right. The summary panel can sometimes feel a bit cramped on a busy account but support was responsive and value showed up fast. I’d recommend gptfy definitely

Salesforce-native AI that's fast to deploy and priced predictably

We spent a while looking at ways to add AI to our Salesforce org, and most options meant either standing up a whole separate platform or sending our data somewhere else. GPTfy skips both, which is most of why we picked it. It installs like any other managed package and runs inside the org. Our admin had it working the same week. The prompts that come with it were good enough to use as-is at the start, and we adjusted them later once we had a better sense of what we actually needed. The thing I appreciate most is being able to use our own AI model. We're not locked into whatever the vendor decided to bundle, and we can point different tasks at different models. It isn't perfect. The screens for digging through logs feel older than the rest of the app, and I've had to ask support for a few things I'd rather have just found in the documentation. Support has been fast every time, to be fair. Would I recommend it? Yes, if you care about keeping control of your data and your budget.

GPTFY is good for everyday usability

Tried Agentforce for a while, and found it a bit rigid and slower to set up. Then tried GPTfy, and the experience was noticeably better. It’s faster to deploy, feels more natural in conversations, and is much easier for the team to adopt without heavy configuration. Agentforce is great for larger orgs with strict processes, but for quick value and everyday usability, GPTfy worked far better for us.

Excellent AI Assistant for Salesforce Productivity

GPTfy - Robust and best-in-class realtime AI implementation

I was looking for a declarative way to integrate OpenAI with Salesforce. Salesforce AI Cloud is declarative but it is way too expensive and not even available to try my hands on. GPTfy is easy to configure, free and the support from Rahul and team is awesome. I liked the reporting feature that show the ROI, Efficiency(time saved) and Quality dashboard(Shows the quality of AI responses). User interface wise, I found GPTFY to be well designed and easy to use. Prompt builder is super cool and allows you to whip out an optimized prompt in a few minutes and deploy it to specific profiles and record types. I found GPTFY secure, performant and well designed.
