Using the FeatureBoard Tool with templated user stories Professional Services Team will be able to move projects quickly from workshop to Sprint 1 implementation quickly and efficiently.

The tool has a Kanban board that shows the Features and Stories categorised in scope defined as MoSCoW (Must have, Should Have, Could Have, Won't Have).
FeatureBoard Admin can create a template of features and user stories of a package product. FeatureBoard SA captures features scope & requirement inputs taken in the workshop.
Generates an output document to upload on an agile tool of choice.

Using the FeatureBoard templates of product functionality can be created and distributed for use during customer implementation projects. From a Template a Customer project instance can be created allowing and feature scope to be quickly prioritised during workshops. Following a workshop, pre-written user stories are exported for use in an agile tool of choice
