We had a very tight deadline and needed a external team who could jump on the project quickly and provide us with good insight into best practice for Service Cloud. The Vimera team were great and helped us work through the issues quickly, a special shoutout to Anastasia who came to visit us in Denmark and walked through some of the complicated parts of the scope, this massively sped up the project. The value the team bring is great and they met exactly our scope, our budget and crucially our timeline. We so far (been live for 3 weeks) had very few bugs or issues since our GoLive which after working on software projects for over 10 years is a big plus!

They are very easy to work with and always open to discussion, even when the questions asked are beginner's level. They adapt well to their partner. They understand the requirements quite fast as well, and I don't remember that I had to wait too long before I get an answer. We had different consultants in the past, but Vi-Mera is the best because it cumulates several very core aspects, like advice quality, speed of answer and clarity. They also don't try to over-sell their service, which is a common practice in Salesforce eco-system: they will do what you need based on your requirements, it's very straightforward. The person in charge of our project at Vi-Mera was Vladimir, who is excellent because he has got soft skills and technical skills, which is rare and enjoyable on a daily basis. Overall, great experience and nothing to complain about: they are better than the majority of the consultants in the industry and I regret that I didn't find them earlier.

We hired Vimera to help build a strong and capable cross-functional Salesforce team. Our goal was to have teams that could manage the Salesforce backend for an Employee app, a Customer app, and a web page, as well as a scheduling and dispatch system within Salesforce.
