As our ongoing managed services partner for our Salesforce org, Ability Central has done an incredible job, fast to reply to service tickets and technical support requests and great at thinking ahead about our future needs and how updated (and retired) Salesforce features affect us. I sleep easier at night knowing that they're making sure our org is functional, secure, and efficient.
We worked with Ability Central to implement a Salesforce org for our nonprofit, including transferring all of the data from our previous database. They did an excellent job, helping us think through each stage of the process, making suggestions, and ensuring that the final product was user-friendly and - importantly - capable of efficiently generation the complex data required for our grant reporting. Highest marks for friendliness, expertise, and organization throughout the process.
