Jotform has become a beautiful product!

Over the course of the past couple years I've seen the Jotform product mature into a really wonderful solution for Salesforce integration. I was originally really disappointed with the product but they seem to have addressed some of the functionality. I've learned how to best use the fields but the only comment I would make at all negative is that the text, instructions, labels on some of the Salesforce integration pages are very misleading and really should be replaced. I had to search extensively to figure out what they really meant.

User-friendly and Professional

I’ve been using Jotform for about five years now, and I find it user-friendly and it really gives our work that professional polish. Whenever I need something a bit more custom, I reach out to the help desk, and while they’re helpful, I’d love to see more in-depth video lessons or courses to help me really master the platform. Most recently, I’ve been tackling the Salesforce integration. It’s definitely been a "trial and error" process, especially when objects don’t quite match up, but I’m learning as I go! In those tricky moments, I do find myself wishing for a real person to talk to instead of an AI chat. I probably am not using the right terminology to describe what I need, therefore I could not get an answer. Overall, though, I’m really happy with Jotform, it’s been a great tool for us.

Very easy to set up and implement

The platform is very easy to use, very low learning curve. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is I would love to see more features/customizations. Additionally, an ability to create a "flow" to initiate a form to be sent for digital signatures from Salesforce using JotForms.

Great tool for capturing data from external parties into Salesforce

If you need external users to fill out forms and have that data to go into your Salesforce custom objects, then Jotform and it's integration with Salesforce provides a simple and effectively way to achieve this.

Great for data collection.

Excellent - Easy to Use Forms that work

We were using a legacy form builder that was clunky and hard to use. 2005 kept emailing us asking for their former builder back. We were made aware of Jot Forms and loved it from day one. Easy to use, simple and pleasing UI and it just works as expected. I highly recommend Jot Forms.

Love Jotform!

Can't recommend Jotform highly enough for speeding up business processes and for the ease of creating forms and integration with Salesforce. We are a small business and after discovering Jotform recently, we now collect attendee data from fairs and events through our online form, which drop seamlessly into our Salesforce as individual Leads and removes the manual data entry we previously had to do. We've also created another Jotform as a registration of interest form on our website; again it was very straightforward to design and to embed onto our Wordpress site. The other real benefit to creating the forms and doing the field mapping to Saleforce is that no technical background or IT experience is needed - thereby saving on costs where we may have outsourced this type of work previously. We also like that we can take the paid service on months where we expect to have high submissions, but during quieter months we can switch back to the free version.

Great integration - easy to use

The integration Jotform - Salesforce works very well. Setup is quite easy - even without deep technical knowledge. The Jotform Platform offers easy to use possibility to create forms with state of the art design-possibilities and a growing number of ai-features.
