  • Glia’s Applet seamlessly integrates Salesforce data into Glia, allowing operators to access and edit customer information during live interactions–auto surfacing relevant data based on predefined criteria and enables manual search/editing within Glia.

  • The Glia Salesforce Data Bridge imports all your Glia visitor interactions into Salesforce to gain a complete view of your customer’s touchpoints. Work with your Salesforce Admin to identify, sync, and map your data points.

  • Enterprise-grade scalability and Financial Services security as a part of Glia’s Unified Interaction Management Platform.

Glia’s Salesforce Applet enables real-time context setting and eliminates the need for an operator to shift between systems and complete and manual look-up, ultimately decreasing average handle time and increasing customer satisfaction. Glia’s Salesforce Data Bridge application enables customers to automate the export of engagement data from Glia to their Salesforce instance. With the exported data, customers can set up analytics and metrics and run their data operations according to their needs in their own Salesforce environment.
