Patience with a Salesforce Newbie!
It is safe to say I was a bit terrified when I was tasked with reviving our firm’s use of Salesforce. I had never used the tool and when I first logged in, I stared at the screen, paralyzed not knowing what to do next. I checked out the training videos, but they didn’t work for me. Thankfully, Mike was recommended to me! I can’t say enough about his patience in working with me to help me understand what Salesforce can do and how I can make it work for our needs. He helped break down the intimidation factor and brought the human touch that the countless videos just can’t match. While I am certainly not an expert, I am now comfortable in Salesforce and am able to help my team use Salesforce in a meaningful way for our needs.
